An intimate, full range contrast therapy spa, and a place to reset. Renew Alignment Spa is inspired by the Japanese concept of totonou (ととのう): a state of deep physical and mental alignment achieved through cycles of heat, cold, breathing, and rest.
Through an immersive, self-guided journey, guests move between sensory stillness, contrast therapy, salt-infused air, and red light therapy. Each experience is intentionally layered to support recovery, ease stress, and help the body and mind return to balance.
